When I match up the AFC and Logger the throttle position on the afc will read like 10% and the logger will only read 3% and I get some funky surge.

Plus when I have my foot on the pedal very slighty lets say 0-5% throttle.

The afc reads the 0-5% throttle but the logger still shows 0% throttle.

Any Ideas?

Steve-
I've been trying to adjust my TPS per the instructions you posted but there is not enuf travel in it when I use a .177" spacer on the SAS. Are you sure its .177".......thats a little less than 3/16" or about 4mm. Maybe I'm misreading it....should it be .0177" ?
