I push clutch in and whole tranny moves

Well i did search but the threads really didn't go anywhere with the problem did anyone ever have this problem and solve it? This is a 91 gsx i am having the problem with

Only thing that would cause it to move would be a motor mount or the trans mount. Have you checked them?

Or all your transmission to block bolts are loose!

Agreed. You need to check your transmission housing bolts then check your mounts.

im betting someone overtightend the rear bolt that goes threw the block and into the aluminum trans, strips real easy

If the other three bolts are tight, the tranny shouldn't move while pushing the clutch in! My old FWD laser was missing tha rear bolt the hole time I owned it, and never had a problem.

The bolts are tight maybe i should of added that but i would think that after i said i did search about this topic i kinda covered it

I'd guess that the tranny cannot move at all if all the bolts are in place and torqued properly. Double check to be sure. Count them for us.

As always you guys are correct the problem was the top left tranny/motor block bolt is broke this is not the first time this has happened. I have all torque specs and do everything by the book with top of the line parts. If you guys could i am going to post a new topic please look at it and give input. As for this topic you guys get a a+ because like i said once before you guys are always 100% right i guess this is why i use dsmtuners
