I need to know size of stock bov?

I am just needing to know.The stock size of bov on a 91 eagle talon tsi.any help is usefull.just dont want to go much bigger.

The 1g BOV is a solid BOV to use. Most aftermarket ones require the use of either a flange adapter or a new flange welded on.

Bigger the valve the better to be honest as it will allow more air to exit back to the intake or atmosphere (if properly setup to vent) quicker.

Judging from your profile you have a completely stock car and I would therefore tell you you have no need to upgrade to a different bov and would gain absolutely nothing from it. I'm still running a crushed 1g bov on my setup at 25psi and it works perfectly for me.

yea you are right the stock one worked great. but it has a pretty good size leak.its making me on boost 8lbs where when i got the car it was pushing 13lbs big enough leak to hear and to feel the air around it.so i figured i would get a slightly bigger one. yea the car is stock but looking to upgrade now.

It might be more cost effective and easier to just get another used 1g bov. Like I say I run mine at 25psi and 13psi is nothing at all to one of these valves. It still gives you some room for upgrades when the time comes. You might be able to pick one up for $20-30. So that's my 2 cents, but you can do what you want. Good luck with the car.
