I've read a litle here and there about tuning DSM's but nothing in depth. I am at the point where I need fuel upgrades and a tuning device of some sort to where I can turn the boost up higher than 16psi. I've done a few searches but couldn't find the answer. I don't plan on going any higher than 300whp.
So basically, the different methods of tuning are datalogger plus safc, dsmlink, wideband 02 plus egt, maft, etc. What would be the best method since my limit is around 300whp? I understand DSMlink is the best but would that be overkill? I'm not sure if my 96 ecu is eprom. Anyways, please either explain a little more in detail the differences in all the above methods or post links to threads explaining them. Thanks.

you probaby dont have an eprom ecu. if you dont wanna pay the money for one, go with ECU+. Same thing as DSMlink, laptop and Palm software is fully supported. The only downside is that its cannot read CEL codes or clear them because its not inside the ECU.
