I need a new motor mount, what should I get?

I have an awd automatic and is wheel hop prevalant in this model car? If not is there any after market alternatives to the hardened eurathane mounts or should I just stick with the stocker rubber types?

fill it with window weld...

cheap easy and you don't have to get the mount out, and then get the bushing out. You don't even have to replace the torn one.
on an auto i guess if you were powerbraking you might get wheel hop. mostly its 5 spds with worn mounts that hop.

I have the motor sitting on a pallat right now so thats not really a problem for me. I suppose if I was gonna replace it nows the time
