Those are pics of a sparkplug I pulled out of my dsm a couple months ago. After checking it out the engine is completly worthless now, its a very heavy paper weight. I have replaced everything on that car, and now the engine blew and im stuck between a rock and a hard place. Theres no way I could afford a new engine, race or stock, at this point, im having alot of life issues. And even used motors are coming to be about $1,400 these days, USED! And junkyard motors, if we can find one, arent much better.

So now its time to panic. I have a limited budget and I really need my car back. I dont want to eat the $10,000+ dollars I have spent in repairs / maintenance / mods on my beautiful 1g dsm. So, does anyone out there know anyone with a cheap used motor laying around they could part with for a good price? Or have any other ideas for me?

I live in Southern California, and I could purchase a used motor to have it sent to RRE so they could check it out and put it in for me, I could probably take out the blown one with a friend. Could even install it too, but we dont have *that* much knowledge, and we dont even have a garage to use atm. Its no fun replacing a motor out on the street in the sun.

So please, if anyone out there can help me I would appreciate it so much, im in dire straights now. Anyone with ANY ideas please let me know, im looking for a miracle here, because it would break my heart if I was forced to part out my dsm and go buy a shitty beater car. Thanks in advance guys....

Wow, that KarKing deal looks pretty nice. $1150 for a rebuilt engine? I wonder if that includes pretty much everything I need... Anyone have any experience with that KarKing service? That beats the hell out of any used motor ive found so far, im thinking of ordering one of those if it would work.
