I lost my timeing marks that i did need help

Ok here it is i tooke my time belt off with out reading the manual.Iam soppust to turn the crank clockwise by hand right ok but i didnt do that i just mark on the time belt,cams,under neath the timeing belt where the crank goes and on the oipump sproke.And then i install it back and first i crank it BY HAND like one or two tooth i dont remember how many tooths it skip but iknow it was like 1 or 3 but no more then that.After the second time i went to crank it i notice that it had skipsome tooths because the timeing marks where not at the same spot after i did it couner clockwise.Now my question is is their any way get it back to time jo it was with out blown thw head or valves please help me any bodythat has done a timeing belt job send help ASP i needed thanks.:cry: :cry: :sosad: :coy: :talon: :beatentodeath: any pictures would be good
