First off let me say I am really mad right now :banghead: I have been having such trouble with my 2 well maintained eclipses. The story i got for you today is all my fault but i can't fix it. Kast weekend i put k-sports coilovers on my car. Dropped it in the garage and ripped the 02 sensor for the UEGO right out. The gauge lost power shortly after that. I don't know how i did it but i snapped the 02 sensor right in half from right below where you would put the wrench on it to tighten it. I bought a new sensor today put it in and it didnt fix the problem. The gauge still doesn't have power. I checked and rechecked wires and grounds. I am going to take it out tomm and hook up the wires straight to the battery and see what happens. Do you think by ripping the 02 out it broke the gauge?

No man, don't worry you probably didn't short anything out. You just have to go back through the system and make sure your grounds are okay. Like you said run something straight from the battery to test the guage. If it works then go through the steps in your manual for troubleshooting a bad ground or use this link.

Wiring is like accounting; it's a lot of simple equations and error comes from doing multiple steps. One mistake can affect the whole deal. Just take your time, be patient and you'll find it. Good luck man, let us know.

well guys i took it out connected it to the battery and nothing.... Just for the sake of it i tried it on 2 different batteries and nothing i must have shorted it out :ohdamn: What do i do now will AEM give me another one for free i dont think it's even a year old?
