How's this 02 Housing port job look?

Looks good. Is it ported to match the gaskets? And is the opposing side ported to match as well? Any step downs or ledges will hinder gains. After gasket matching my exhaust mani, exhaust housing, o2, and dp i noticed a significant difference on the ol' butt dyno. Seemed to pull much harder up top. Worthy mods imo.

Sorry not trying to offend with that question, the work looks great :hellyeah:

thanks for the feedback, not offended haha, it matches the stock gasket.

Good job. Looks very nice and clean.
I did mine a few months ago and ported the hell out of it. It didnt matter cause its attached to a undivided pte hotside. I took a ton of material out, practically nothing separating the wg/exhaust holes.
Ported 2g o2s have been known to be just as good as an aftermarket and can handle a good amount of power.

It looks great! I was thinking about doing the outlet of my o2 housing. What tools did you use? Haha sorry that's a repetitive question it looks like.

I used

Electric Die Grinder with Long Shaft

The longer shaft will help, specially when it comes to doing the exhaust mani/exhaust housing.

Just do not by any bits from harbor freight. I think a piece of wood would burn those up LOL.

Buy a good set of carbide bits. About $10+ or so a piece.

Once its like mine I'll give you props, you could do more. Put some elbow grease into it.

I was just thinking the same thing, did you end up modifying the gasket also or let egts burn it out LOL?
