Does this port job look good, usable?

As the title says, Does this port job look good, and usable? I bought this head off Craigslist for $150 shipped and just thought I'd get input before I either resold it or put it to use on my engine and just took my stock head in to be machined...

No. The intake ports don't look 'bad' and are probably the best part of the head. The exhaust ports could use a little shaping, but still aren't bad. But I really do think those valve seats are going to be farked.

I don't want to discredit the person (or persons) responsible for ported this head but... It's rubbish. Usable yes, recommend using it on a street car sure, to make power NO WAY.

I kinda had a feeling the valve seats looked messed up. I'll probably just have to take my original head in and have it done and scrap this one. It doesnt look like a bad head, just that the job they did wasnt exactly top notch. I might just sell it off or something. But any input is good, thanks
