2G How to tune with dsmlink V3?

Hi brand new to dsm purchased a 99 GSX for a good deal from a kid up north been fixing all the things problems with it and vehicle is now mechanically sound but having a tough time figuring out how to tune my car checked a couple shops in va beach no one deals with dsmlink here looking for any help i could get i have 660 inj fp 68hta turbo with cast manifold 255 pump 2g maf ngk bpr6es plugs gapped at .22

No it's not difficult, I learned just by reading threads on here and watching videos on YouTube.
