How to tell if you have CA car? Wheres EGR temp sensor?

OK, heres the deal, When i got my car the EGR vacuum lines were disconnected and now id like to reconnect it all back up. However, my car is in California and it has a TVV, but im not sure if its supposed to have a Solenoid, even though i have one. I have no check engine lights at all. I thought Cali cars didnt have Thermo Valves?

Im wondering how to tell if my car is a cali car or a fed car?

Also, where is the EGR temp sensor?

The EGR temp sensor is on the EGR valve itself.

Read the sticker on the driver's door jamb.

Wherever the installer put it.

If your decal isn't faded all to hell, there should be an emissions label in the engine bay.... mine was under the hood.

I ran my VIN in carfax and it said that it was first titled in Washington, so i have come to the conclusion that it is in fact a FEDERAL car. That is sweet, and come to think of it, i still passed smog with flying colors.
