how to tell if have abs ?

im having a hard time trying to figure out if i have abs or i have 1998 talon tsi awd, according to my carfax report it says that it does. i tried it on the street but i can seem to get the brakes to lock up, but im hearing the abs activate as usual. does anyone know where the abs "module" is located on my car.

Below the front drivers side head light, in front of the wheel, below the power streering resivor.

i'm assuming you are talkinga bout your 2g.

Look in ur engine bay fuze box where it says "ABS" ...if a fuse is there you have ABA, if there is no fuse and there are no connectors in the base of the box to insert one you don't have ABS
