How to tell an evo3 16g from a 14b? TDO5H?

Both of the say TDO5H on them so how do you tell if your gettin an actual evo3 16g?

both say TDO5H yes, but take a look at the compressor wheel. if it's double finned, than it's a 16g variation; if it's single finned you just got f-ed in the a if you thought you were buying a e3b16g.

as far as distinguishing if it's a s/b/e3 16g, take off the exhaust housing [1 bolt with the v band clamp ] and crack that sucker off. take a ruler and measure the inducer/exducer wheel ; then you will know exactly what kind of 16g you have.

oh, and the e3 turbine housing is about 2 lbs. lighter than a regular 16G's... you can definately feel the difference
