How to set a car up to run E85?

Ok, so I would really like to set my car up to run E85. I know how to tune my megasquirt, right now its set up to run 93 no ethanol. Should I look to tune for the same AFR that I wouild have running on the 93 no ethanol? I'm a little confused and searched the forums but all I come up with is race fuel vs. E85.

Tune it the same but there is more room to play with. I used to run it around 12.0-12.5:1 Every car is different and will preform differently. Just make sure you have enough fuel and your not maxing out the injectors and you should be good.

To be safe tune it for around 11.5 then work your way leaner as you add timing and such.

The only real difference I know with tuning e85 over pump gas is in the timing, with pump the stock 1g timing curve is a bit aggressive for anything over like 17 lbs IMO, but on E85 the aggressive timing is a good thing, I run 23 deg under boost on E85 at 30lbs, that's usually the sweet spot on a 7.8:1 motor and 30-40 lbs of boost from what I've read and my own personal experience with burnt exhaust valves from running only 15 deg of timing. And like what was said about the afr's max power will be between 11.8 and 12.6, I usually shoot for 12.0-12.2

make sure when you do start running it to change your fuel filter if you havent. e85 will eat through stock "paper" fuel filters through time

True it will technically be about 8.0 afr that the car will actually be running but the wideband will read 12.0 because its calibrated for gasoline not e85. My wideband is calibrated for E85 and I shoot for 8.0:1 under boost and 10:1 cruising, if i swapped my gauge out for a gasoline calibrated one and didn't change my tune it would read 12:1 under boost and 15:1 cruising.
