i just purchased a 97 eclipse gs-t and i had to replaced the engine so i got a jdm motor. The turbo is a little different the outlet comes out the top instead of the bottom is there anywhere i can get a pipe that runs from the turbo to intercooler?
i was also curious to what car the engine came from and if the jdm intake manifold is worth selling? heres some pictures

Has all the piping you need. You are going to need to by a j-pipe for that turbo.

What intake manifold is it? You will need to provide a picture of it if you want someone to identify it.

The JDM motor I had awhile ago had that same turbo on it. The motor came from an auto and had smaller injectors as well so I hope you reused your old ones.

thank you, should i swap the stock turbo back on or will this one make the same power

it looks like a completly different j-pipe that just points straight up. I am not sure of the power it will make considering it is a td04. I would just go straight for at least a big 16g if i were you!

That j-pipe is for a JDM VR-4 auto. If you could write down the serial number on the turbo it would be easier to be exactly right with which one it is, but right now I'm pretty sure its a 13g.

would you recommend the stock turbo or the one that came with the jdm engine and what about the injectors. and the jdm motor came out of an auto.

Well assuming you have a Manual car, your car came with larger injectors than what came with the JDM motor. So use your original injectors if this is the case. I really don't think there is much to gain from changing out turbo's until you have one that is worth the work. Save of a 16g.

Someone else will have to chime in on the manifold.
