How to get to the knock sensor?!?!?!

OK, I can't even see it from above, from below, it can be seen, but not reached! How can I get this changed? Am I going to have to remove the intake manifold to do this?

Need to know ASAP, want to get this down tomorrow afternoon! Detailed description is great, pics would be even better!
