i have a 90 plymouth laser rs turbo, and it was missing bad, so i took it and got the engine codes ran and came up code 31, which is the knock sensor. so i went to change it, took off the intake stay, and now i'm stuck. I need to know the best approach on how to get it out of there

The wire is part of the sensor, unplug the original sensor and then unclip the sensor connector from the back of the intake manifold stay. Installation is the reverse of the uninstall. :dsm:
