The thing i want to know is what i need to do to get about 250 whp while spending the least amt of money. I have an intake, an hks ssq (no performance, i know), cat back 2.5 inch, a brand new small 16g turbo with no play, a brand new 2g manifold, an APT mbc (not homemade), an afc, an autometer boost gauge, and a motor that was just rebuilt. i dynoed it while it just had the filter and the cat back and it had 158.7 whp, and then the guys at logic performance turned up the boost on the awd dyno to about 13 psi and i was running 177.3 whp. they said that it shouldnt be turned up past 13 psi cause they were running the afr and thats where i started getting cut. any suggestions to get me to around 250 whp would be great thanks. I have about 700 dollars to spend, dont know if that will be sufficient.

Well start with 3" exhaust, that will free up some extra air, an get you a couple of extra ponies. Up Grade ya fuel system ( fuel pump, 550cc/650cc injectors, fuel pres reg.) an that will give ya some more hp. Port an Polish ya intake manifold, exhaust manifold, an o2 dump. All the port an polishing you can do yourself. That should get ya a bit closer.

Since you are AWD 700 most likely isn't going to cut it short of a 150 shot of nitrous. You can go over 13psi. I ran my stock injectors with stock rewired fuel pump and AFC on a ported and clipped big 16g and still maintained a 11.5:1 A:F. You shouldn't be getting fuel cut at that psi. As for 250awhp that is going to be pretty hard with just 700 left. I would look into getting a downpipe, porting your exhaust manifold and with 700 left getting some 550's or 650's and getting a MAF-T Blow thru setup. Just what I would do if I was in that situation.

i would get a downpipe, a 190 lph fuel pump, some evo 8 injectors, and see where that leaves you, you can turn it up past 13 psi imho, but I dont know why they told you not to, so maybe they are right, ive run 17 psi, but thats was with heavy knock. so maybe you should get a used supra smic too, either way that will help you on your journey. take out the fog lights and remove the plastic from behind the intercooler and replace it with screen from a screen door.

hey will i need a fpr if i run a 190 and some 550 cc injs.

I agree with everyone else mostly. But personally I would get Water Injection, Fuel Pump 190, SAFC2, and a Logger. WI would allow you to turn the boost up and keep knock down. Also if you look hard enough you can usually find all of that pretty cheap. Example I got my SAFC for $50 and logger for about $40. Just got to look for the deals. $700 stretches pretty far.

No you dont need a FPR if your going to run a 190 pump. Also check for boost leaks.

biggest difference you will see will be in 650cc injectors, fuel pump, and 3'' turbo back

650cc injectors ($250~)
dont get 550cc injectors the afc can usally handle 650cc
Fuel Pump($99.99)
Fuel Pump rewire($15.00)
3'' downpipe ($75-$150)
3'' testpipe($25-$45)
3'' custom bent exhaust from local shop($100-$150)
3'' inlet 4'' outlet muffles off of ebay ($50 after shipping)

so $750ish if you do the work yourself and you will pretty much for sure be about 250 more in the 300's with that turbo you have. Good luck, if you need help finding parts for cheap let me know, I have accounts with some places and have no problem helping some people out at cost... I have my account with megan racing and a company that does mainly generic brands like weapon r, apc, ect...
