code P1400 is for the manifold differential pressure (MDP) which isn't emissions related. replace the mdp or see whats up with it. the ecu needs to be able to see mdp readings

Yes, the MPD sensor is emissions related. The OP must have it disconnected.

Hello, I would like to know how to disable the emissions cel and p1400 code using ecuflash.

I do not believe that a solution to that issue has been solved with ECUflash. You may want to look at using a piece to relocate the mdp sensor to another source on the intake manifold such as the one provided in the following link:
