How to disable/bypass anti theft

Does anyone know how to bypass the anti-theft system of a 2g. I'm pretty sure it's causing my talon not to start. Thanks

I dont think 95 has a transponder type security. no RF, no resistance to be read. Im pretty sure. My remote start searches also reflect this. you may have a problem.

I would also like to know. I have an after market alarm and sometimes the factory one goes off. Could the relay behind the drivers seat quarter panel be removed?
