General How to connect Tactrix Cable

Hey guys I know this should be easier than what I am making it but I am struggling to figure out how to connect the tactrix cable. Obviously I know where the odbII goes, but I am confused on the other plug that came with the kit. (The plug with the audio jack on it). Am I missing something? How does one connect this to the ecu?

Ok, I'm a little slow. So I know now it goes in the reflash port behind the ODBII port.
So the connection is PC -> ODBII (Tactrix) <-> reflash port...is it really that easy?
