How to clip a turbo?

what exactly gets clipped on the turbo? and how can i do this myself? if u can please let me know, thanx

umm.. the turbine wheel gets clipped and no.. i dont suggest clipping it yourself.

do a simple search on here of VFAQ and you'll find your answer

The turbine wheels all have some material taken off them, so that the wheel will be less restrictive.

Of course, it will also be less efficient at pulling energy out of the exhaust gas; there are only a small number of situations where I would consider doing it.

You can't do it yourself, the turbo has to be rebalanced.
