I just ordered my RS49T and need to get my car ready for it. I read somewhere that on a 2g you can just loop the stock turbo feed and return water lines by connecting them with a hose. But I have a 6 bolt swap so what do I do to block them off? And can I just screw the oil banjo bolt back into the head to block off the oil supply to block it off? I am running my oil supply from the filter housing with a SS line kit.

For the water lines you just put a bolt in the bottom of the front water pipe to seal that hole. Then by the thermostat housing I took a hose about 3" long and slid it over the nipple on there. Then take a bolt and screw it into the line and put a clamp around it to prevent leaks. Works perfect.

On the head to block the oil feed port you just get a bolt with the same thread/pitch and screw it in. I put some jb weld around it too just to be safe. :thumb:

Today I went to NAPA and got a 20mm 10X2.5 (i think) bolt. It was too long to put in the head to plug the old oil feed so I cut it in half with a hack saw and used a copper washer and some gasket maker on it. I plan on using the bolt in the end of the hose method. Did you seal the threads with silicon or anything?
