Here's my 1gb talon, was like it when I bought it, but yeah, clean them up REAL good and get two cans of the nite shades, and some clear. Just make sure you don't get the runs!

It darkens as you apply several layers. If you only apply one or two coats, it will be a bluish-purple color. But if you apply 6+ coats, the finish will turn dark black like the pictures posted above.poopfaceone said:just a comment... I just applied nite shades over chrome altezzas and the night shades have a slightly purple tint. I was going for all black, but when they left that purple hue I was a little disappointed. It's subtle though so if you are spraying over black or red housing you won't see it
