u think i can lay down with current mods. ### read my modlist. i dont have any type of tuning but with some and injectors what do u all think?

Well, aset from the nine thousand variables I would get around 230-250. Good luck with this thread not getting closed.

you need to have fuel done first, tuning is most important....what do you want for fuel management , lets say you have everything done with fuel (pump , afc and injectors) you should be about 280-300whp with good tuning.

im looking to go 660 injectors either a supra pump or 3000gt pump with a wideband and safc setup for now, i plan to move over to dsmlink in the near future.

will the 3000gt or supra pumps supply nuff fuel for the 660's? and im positive they make high flow fuel rails for our cars with built on FPRs where can i find that?

I'm not sure about the fuel rails with built on fpr's but you can get an fpr for like $125, and the supra fuel pump will definately flow enough fuel. Once you have finished with the fuel you can go ahead and raise that boost and start making some huge numbers.

Hey quick question im doing research on the pumps and if i buy a 190 wal pump which one should i buy? the one for the 2gawd or the 1gawd because im running a 6bolt in a 2g, even tho i think its based on body so i should buy the 2gawd 190 right?

thanks!

i was under the impression that you didn't need a afpr for a walbro 190. thats why i was looking at the 190 over the supra or 255. not buying an afpr is a lot more cost effective right now.

but if you do need one with a 190 then hell. . . might as well go 255 and be set for quite a while.

In almost all cases the 190 will not over run the stock fpr so you don't need an aftermarket one. The 255 and fpr will just let you make more horsepower later on. I didn't know that they make different walbro 190's  depending on the engine, anyway they shouldn't be much different (if at all), just when you install it remember to rewire it.

You go by the model of car, because the fuel tank sending unit determines what pump you need. The engine has nothing to do with the fuel pump selection. So yes you need a 2G AWD pump.

thanks very much thats what i just ordered... and i ordered the B&M Fuel pressure modifyer for our stock FPR and and guage for that... tryin to save some money on these things LOL ;)

The B&M CommandFlo only raises the fuel pressure. See this thread (Post #8). The reason you'd get a AFPR with an upgraded pump is to lower the pressure because the stock FPR won't be able to keep the pressure down now that there is so much more fuel flowing. The B&M will only be able to raise the fuel pressure higher than it already is.

You didn't want to get the B&M, it doesn't do the job you need a FPR to do. A better choice would've been this AFPR.

A good way to save money on these cars is to research the product you're thinking of buying to verify that it will perform the task you want it to. Otherwise you waste money on a part that won't help you. As was already stated, and has been stated in many other places, you don't even need an AFPR with the Walbro 190LPH pump because it doesn't flow enough to overrun the stock FPR.

so i can ditch the commandflo and keep the pressure gauge and walbro 190 and i will be fine?

so all i need is then the 190, injectors , a larger intercooler and managment and then im rockin eh? ;)
