Disc is done. I wouldn't put that back in my car because in a few hundred miles i'd be replacing it. Save yourself the time....
PP can usually survive two discs. Judging by the heat spots i'd replace that too, though it doesn't look TOO bad. Still bad, but not destroyed. Also, if there are hairline cracks in the PP that I can't see, sure sign that it's been abused.

Could not agree more

I thought so. Then how come the 6 puck I have, has less material on it. (its thinner)

just checked the PP. I can barely make out the machining grooves, so PP is good.
it's a phc valeo disk. probably some cheap ebay disk.

Yeah, that disc is worn nearly to the rivets.

Your 6-puck clutch disc has much less material thickness because it's a different type of material. It wears down at a much slower rate (in terms of material thickness). Most street discs, like the one pictured above, are of an "organic" material which is a mix of cellulose/fibreglass/kevlar, where most 6 puck discs are either ceramic or sintered iron based.

From what I've experience with pass clutch jobs is yes. It does play some part to notice but not a major issue. Others might have difference experiences.
