How much hp will a FMIC gain?

How much HP will I see with a FMIC? I have a GSX with a Big16G turbo, 255lph fuel pump, 620cc injectors, etc...

I was thinking of like 24x12x7 or so. Also, could I install this myself, although I don't know much about them? What else is needed with the FMIC too?

7 inches thick holy sh!t thats thick you wont be able to put your bumper back on if its that thick jesus never heard of that before. my 3.5 deep barely fits. as far as hp you will hardly notice the differenc in power with just the intercooler, but the hard piping will help the turbo spool allot quicker and hold boost way better and it will significantly reduce intake air temps.
