How much hp can the stock tranny with shift kit handle?

As title states just wondering how much hp can my stock tranny with shift kit handle. I'm probably just going to have about 300awhp+ or so nothing huge. Just wondering what i should get if i'm just looking to run 300-350awhp.

My 95 TSI gave up in stock trim at 105,000. If you have similar miles, I wouldn't do too much with it unless your prepared for the possibility of a problem. Locally it was gonna be 2k for a rebuild and converter. IPT has some performance ones that can handle 350+. But they are around $2700. I ended up buying a manual with a blown motor for $1200, put my good motor in and have a spare parts car.
