I'm considering the idea of custom making 1G roll cages. I have the knowledge and the ability to make custom roll cages for any first gen. The basic kit would include the main hoop and 2 down bars going to the rear of the vehicle. No idea on price or anything like that yet. If anyone would be interested please reply here (no PM please) and i'll get this project started. Thanks

i would be intrested in one. but it would also need a harness bar and 2 front supports..

anything could be made, but obvioulsy the more peices the more $$$, kit would come bent, cut, and fish-mouthed...ready to be welded into the car. And yes, on a uni-body vehicle, it has to be welded, as far as i know. Bar would most likely eliminate rear seat, unless you cut the seat to fit around the bar. I will make one and post pictures in place in my car.
