So I am switching to SD over my gm maf and maft setup. Yes I have the full Ceddy mod Rom package . So ready to run SD. Ordered my Omni 4 bar , gm ait and pigtail. I saw the rescaling for the Omni 4 bar and actually got my SD rom ready to go. But I been reading a lot of people having issues . So every who as run and is running how do u like it , what kinda power you making , hows the drivablity etc etc

I'm using the SD Big maps rom, it was a bit of a tit to get started, but once the injectors are dialed in, it get a lot better.

I noticed on my logs today that my TPS is reading 12, once i have that figured i suspect the car will be much easier to daily. even as it is now, i just have bucking at times under light light light throttle, like resting my foot on it, seems to switch between rich and lean extremes.

Aside from those little issues, I did it the hard way, went right from using the MAF to using the MAP, i sisnt scale them together or anything, and it still flashed up and worked pretty good the first time around. So really, the hard way was really not that hard at all.

Just make sure you scale the load and rpm in the map calibration, im using a 1:1, it seems the EVO guy have had better luck offsetting the sensor scaling. Apparently the 4 bar omni map uses a lower voltage scaling, like 300kpa reads 240kpa.

I spent the last hour trying to find the scaling thread, i have it saved on my desktop at home. Ill post it later.

Im also going to try that scaling tonight.

MAP/kPa______Load%

10.9___________7
21____________15
31.1___________27
41.3___________36
60.7___________55
101.1__________91
120.9__________119
340.2__________340

Here it is, this is the scaling im going to try. Except where its a 4 bar, I think the last row should be

450_____450

I see the Omni 4 bar scaling in ceddys page so I got that much.

Im not going to be tuning this car , but I want to at least know what is going on .

So your telling me your suppose to run you current MAFT AND GM Maf along with gm ait and Omni 4 bar map sensor together and as you tune and log your suppose to match up what you maf is doing to you VE tables?? I have read a little and lets just say my head is going to explode
