how do i remove this power steering cooler bolt?

So, I'm removing my power steering cooler for a fmic install.

I took off the hoses from the reservoir and unbolted the cooler from in front of the radiator, but there is still a bolt holding them on at the underside of the car. There is no way to get to this bolt. How did you guys remove it if you removed your cooler?

I don't remember having a problem taking it off.. Do you have your support bumper off? I do remember taking some big plastic clip off to get to it I think, if I remember correctly.
