i have a 1990 plymouth laser FWD turbo

i read in the tech and specs for my car on this site and it says there is one model that has 135 horespower (plymouth laser rs) and one that has 195 horespower (plymouth laser rs turbo). even though the first one is just labeled RS it still says it is turbocharged.... and ofcoure there is the 1.8 liter

how do i know if i have the 135 or 195 horespower version???

i thought they just made a 1.8 non turbo, a 2.0 non turbo, and then the 2.0 turbo.....am i wrong?... cause it doesnt even list a 2.0 non turbo and i know they make a 2.0 non turbo...my cousin has one..

pretty sure yours is the 195hp. not sure what the hp ratings were for the other motors though, ive read somewhere that the early 4g63 was around 200hp

Apparently what you read is incorrect because what you say is correct. 1.8(~90 hp) 2.0NT(135 hp) 2.0T(~195 hp) that's it.

Had the same car as you and your car puts down ruffly around 195. Be lucky you got the all the goodies(oil cooler) since you have a 90 model...
My old 90 my she rest in peace
