cant decide between the two

alright i guess its time for a paint job. my car is spray can flat black and looks like a beater. im working on the whole outside of the car and want it looking clean. so theres to two colors im thinking about electric blue

I'd go with black but the blue would look dope too. I really like the blue that the evo 9's came out with. I fell your more "incognito" with black. Probably less harassment from the "mo###in police".

I say blue, It's far less common on the 2Gb dsm's. Black is also totally sexy though. (Just look at my dream car I finally got my hands on in my avatar)

You could always do the blue and do the black roof. I'm going silver with cf hood, hatch and roof. Would probably look great with the blue as well. Just an idea.

I believe the EVO Blue you guys are referring to is called Electric Blue by Mitsu. All the evo paint colors have weird names in the US. Wicked White Apex Silver Graphite Grey etc.

I like the idea someone mentioned of that blue with a black roof. Just add some black wheels, maybe with a little bit of blue on the lip, and it'll look sick.

Not that blue...go with:

- Electric blue (99 civic si)
- Nogaro blue (2000+ audi s4's, etc)
- RSP blue (mk4 supras and lexus sc300)
- SBM blue (2nd generation Lexus GS & IS)


Or just go with a gloss black.

Only thing agnist black is that the car has to be in perfect shape to pull it of. Any flaws in the bodywork & it kills the sexy look. White is the color that hides flaws the best, but that blue is sick.

BBY and EB are two different colors on the evo. The BBY is a baby blue and the EB is more of a purpley blue. I like the EB the best.

You could do black with a blue pearl too. Then you get the best of both worlds.

If you do a Talon front, get the whole talon conversion or it won't look right. Go black too. Black 2gb Talons are sweet.
