I've been thinking of an idea for a hood vent that use's the OEM hood bump you can call it. Well anyone and everybody here knows our bump in our hood question is it really used for anything? I'm curious to know if anyone has a link to someone cutting and fabbing vents in the hood bump that would be GREAT. If i've stumbled apon something new i'm more then happy to keep you guys updated and get to work. Side note no my car has no overheating problems just trying to think of something different, and maybe I notice a good difference in underhood temps other then wrapping and coating everything.

Thanks, Mike

Cutting a vent on the bump wouldn't be anything but cosmetic. Unless you could somehow route the air to over the exhaust or even to the intake, it would have no performance gain.

That's what came to mind frist but once i saw a bunch or most near the manifold like an evo, I wanted to think outside the box alittle bit thanks guys those articles should keep me busy LOL
