2G Hood Pin Recommendations

Looking for some hood pins for my 2g. The issue I'm concerned about is the mounting plates being too large diameter so I wouldn't have a surface to properly mount them on. What is everyone else using that fits nicely?

I personally think that the quik-latch are the lowest profile while also providing solid locking (pinning?) as well. They have different sizes and an actual key locking one as well. AeroCatch would be my second choice but have a much larger footprint when mounted on the hood, while still having a smooth finish to the hood. Just my opinion though.
