Holset HX40 Vband housing?

I am thinking about changing to a Holset HX-40 and i was wondering if there was a exhaust housing available that would allow me to retain my mitsu flange, vband 02 housing with TIAL 44mm External gate .
If this is possible could you point me in the direction of where i could purchase this housing and possibly a new HX-40? thanks for your help

You can run 3 housings..stock holset, bep mitsubishi flanged or bep garrett flanged
