What turbine housing does it come with? There's a ton of info about it on here but if I can get more info I can help you out as well.

All I know is the diameter of the inlet and outlet which are 4 inches and 2.5 inches.

Heres a link that should help you answer most of your question, actually im sure it could answer ALL your questions, but you have to read a bit!!

OP, you need to do a lot of reading. There are 8 threads about Holsets all as long as this one.

If you do plan on using the turbine housing that's on there currently then you'll need a custom o2 housing and down pipe. Also a exhaust manifold to match the housing (T3) or whatever.

For oiling most people feed from OFH with a restrictor and use a -12an drain. Holsets are very picky with their oiling, very important.

Also it's a really large compressor cover, so you may want to get slim fans, and you'll also need to dent your water pipe a little.

I read somewhere about removing the hotside off the t25 and mounting it on a holset. What is the hotside of the turbo, the only thing I can think about if the turbine housing and will that be possible

  • A Bullseye Power DSM bolt-on turbine housing.

  • An external wastegate.

  • An o2 housing or manifold that is flanged for an external wastegate.

  • A 4" intake pipe and air filter.

  • A -4AN oil supply line.

  • At least a -10AN oil drain.

  • At least 750cc of fuel injector.

  • At least 255lph of fuel pump.

  • At least head studs on an OEM gasket to allow you to run enough boost to make the turbo worth having.

As others have stated, this topic has been absolutely beaten to death....and a good search in the Turbo Tech forum will turn up enough information to keep you occupied for days.
