what is needed and how?

i own a 1995 talon tsi and only minor bolt ons, intake,turbo back exhaust, fmic,fpr,fuel pump,bov. Question is, if I run 15 psi what else would I need to keep the car running good and not doing damage to the motor. I dont see too many more upgrades in the future nothing more then a t-28. What would be best for proper runnin/tuning if anything? thanks.

Well you will want a logger for sure, some 650's and an afc neo, stage 1 boost cooler kit. It would be a mean street machine for sure.You could just go with link if you got the money then you could take full advantage of the meth kit. Also basic maintanance if you havent done it alreadyIf your only wanting to push 15 psi your fine, you should have a logger though.The things i mentioned would really wake up that t-28.

Use a logger to make sure things look good when you up the boost and make adjustments where needed. You can run 15psi no problem with your current list of mods.
