hoist locations

I am quite new to the dsm world. I purchased a 93 Eclipse 2.0na 5spd to be a daily driver, because my lifted 4Runner only gets 11.5mpg. I throughly enjoy the car but shortly after I got it, it blew a head gasket. I have decided to do a stock rebuild of the whole motor due to the fact that it has 233k miles on it. I am familiar with pulling, rebuilding, and installing sb and bb chevys from the drag car I used to have. I was looking at the motor today and was trying to determine the best locations to attach my chain for when I pull the motor and found few locations that might be acceptable. I am planning on pulling the motor and transmission as one. I would like to know where would be the best locations for hoisting. Pictures would be a great plus as well. There are two brackets that are stock on the car just for that purpose. Whether or not they're still there is another question.

First is on the front right corner of the head. Near the power steering pump.
The second is on the backside of the head, between the valve cover and the throttle body.

unfortunately this engine only has the one located by the power steering pump

When I did mine I wrapped a strap around the driverside motor mount and wrapped another strap around the transmission mount furthest out on the passenger side. Then I did a 3rd one for safety where I put the hook end of a strap in the main coolant galley where the water neck bolts to and fab'd a piece of metal that bolted over it to hold it in place.

Very rigged and unsafe, I know, but I was one a deadline to have the car ready to drive for Christmas and everyone was using their lifts.

I have pulled mine out using the driverside eng mount and the passenger side of the intake manifold

Problem solved. I just fabed up a bracket that i bolted on the intake manifold where the throttle body mounted.
