hks vpc with s-afc help

I recently installed a vpc/afc combo. the vpc came with a harness and all wires go into it except a brown wire. I then hooked up the afc and cut into the gray wire of the vpc harness. the problem is my car is not working right and my check engine light is on? like I said I have a vpc harness and all the vpc wires go into it except a brown wire? does anyone have or has had a vpc harness and could tell me were the brown wire goes?

Hey, kinda late but just seen your thread, did you make sure your afc sensor setting is on pressure and the input should be at 10 ,nothing on the output. Thats how mine is set up, but its spliced in to the vpc harness, I never heard of a direct harness for an afc.

my afc is set to karman actually. my check engine light is on. the code says its for the intake temperature sensor . I dont know which wire on the vpc is for the temperature sensor though. do you guys think switching my afc setting to pressure might work better?
