Hish inconsistant idle after egr blockoff

I am getting high idle (1000-1300 rpm) after i blocked off the egr valve and removed vac lines.
I adjusted the biss screw and turned it all the way down made no differance.
What can the possible problems be?

When you adjusted your idle screw, did you do it the proper way by plugging into your ecu? Or did you just adjust the screw while the car was running? There is a proper way to adjust your idle. Use the search button to find it.

I blocked off mine 2 weeks ago I didn't have any issues do you have a vac guage you may have a leak from were you capped it off
