2G High rise wing fitment

This might seem dumb but I bought this Eclipse GS and the guy gave me a GSX wing with it but it’s too big? It’s on the car but the wing goes over the hatch Is there anything I can do to fix that? Or is the wing just too big in general? Is there a specific wing to buy

The wing was mounted way to far back unfortunately. This is where it's supposed to sit, hope this helps.

Thank you very much it does help, I was wondering why it looked very funky also another question the wing looks like wider/bigger than yours is there anything I can do? Like the end pointy part yours is very skinny compared to mine

It's hard to tell by the pictures. How much thicker is it? I'm guessing it's an aftermarket gst/gsx wing and not a factory one.

I don't know where you're located, but I have a factory silver spoiler in my garage that I'd gladly let go. Not sure how much it would be to ship though.

It like slides off the side from the pictures and the back is sticking out sorta too, I don’t know if I could sand it down?

Does it do it to both sides? You need to take the bolts out and slide it forward to see what it looks like. Someone bolted it on way to far back, now you have unwanted holes in places they shouldn't be. It does look like an aftermarket replica so it very well could be to wide but it's not sitting even close to where it's supposed to.

Yes too both sides it does, I will take it off and push it forward to see how it looks like but it might end up being more wide, i will let you know! Thank you!
