High Mileage for a Turbo (16G)

Hey guys,
I would like to know what is considered "high mileage" for a turbo. I'm considering purchasing a used B16G with 10k and supposedly it was running 18psi daily for the last 2 months. Will the turbo have enough life to use? There is no shaft play, leaks, cracks....

should be fine... then again it could also be abused to hell.... but its not uncommon to see 14bs last 120-150k miles... mine is original as far as I know

How much are you payying for it? A brand new one only costs around 550-600 bucks. I say go for a new one, unless you are really strapped for cash.

IMO never buy a used turbo.. especially if you know it runs 18 psi daily..

^^ with that said i'd assume it was beat on, but you never know.

check for any leaks, check for shaft play, check for damage on the blades, etc..
