General high idle

Hey guys to get my car running I have to press on the gas and the car will start up but will idle high like 2500 then come down and idle between 900 and 1800. When I start to drive and im sitting at a light or take it out of gear it will rev high at 2500 again then drop back to doing a surge between 900 too 1800 any ideas? I have a light weight flywheel if it could be that. Aslo if I unplug my 2g mass it will idle just fine with a little surge.

I have a galant vr4 with a built 6 bolt long block

have you done a BLT, are you sure the 2g mass is wired right, how did all this start, when did it start, did you modify something then it started, is the 2g mass hacked or untouched, do you have a tuning device with 550cc injectors or so to balance that maf, have you done a BISS adjustment to relearn idle.

Its a plug and play so I hope it is but not sure. Its unhacked! It all started after redoying everything in the car. I found a bunch a boost leaks which fixed so the car would idle. When I adjust the biss screw it only will adjust the idle when the 2g mass is unpluged. I have dsmlink and I think I just need to cut back on the air flow
