well i got the intake manifold off today and found it was missing one bolt and one of the ears was completely snapped off...so i guess ive found my vacuum leak... now just waiting for a new intake mani and i can put it back together and fix it.
 
Your IAC could be going out. THis controls the idle air for your car. If your front (upstream 02) was going out or is dead it would throw a code (cel).
