Driving normally my idle is fine, but after I get on it, the idle JUMPS to 1500 and wont come down until I have the car off for awhile, or screw with the BISS. Any Ideas? (BTW my IAC is a new revised black one so I don't think thats the problem) Boost/Vaccum Leak? FIAV?

Have you checked to make sure your throttle cable isnt sticking? I once had my throttle cable hung up on somthing in the bay and it was putting tention on it causing high rpms at idle.

I agree, Pull your throttle body off. Replace the TB shaft seals as this is a common leak spot. It is a PITA however. Also make sure there isn't carbon build up around the plate. Lastly verify WOT is 100%.

Otherwise check your cable, make sure it isn't restricted.

Also, Verify timing 5*BTDC @ 750 rpm.

WTF

Check your ground cable. If it looks okay, at least re-tighten it up. I've had this happen to me numerous times and it's always due to a bad ground.

Cleaning your TB might be a good idea as well, but from what you've posted, I don't see any reason at all why you should go through the labor of replacing your TB shaft seals.

Seeing as how the OPs concerns were a boost/vacuum leak, This may have been one overlooked spot when checking for such leaks, especially if the car has high mileage.

sounds like the issue I was having. It ended up being my throttle cable was sticking.
