Hi beam relay for 2G

Hello everyone I think I was a member here years ago but I am new again.

I have tried searching the forums with very limited luck, I am trying to figure out what the relay is for the high beams on my 97 TSI AWD. It is a Canadian model which had DRL but I think all that stuff got removed and now my high beams don’t work.
I am looking to find out the exact relay or where it hooks to harness so I can get a replacement to get my high beams working again. Thank you!

The high beam relay on a Canadian model DSM is NOT under the hood. The relay in the fuse box on pass side engine compartment is a basic relay for headlights in general, the high beam runs separately since in Canada they have to have Daytime Running Lights which run the high beams at partial wattage so they aren’t as bright. With the relay for that system removed the high beams don’t work. The relay and module on a Canadian model are supposed to be in driver wheel well behind splash shield in front of drivers tire but they were removed. I am trying to find out what kind/type/model number relay it takes so I can try to get high beams working again. I’m not sure where it plugs in either because stuff was removed at one point. Online searches lead me pretty much nowhere so I’m hoping someone here with a Canadian model would possibly be able to help me.
