Hesitation at mid RPM's

Around 3K and 5K RPM'sI get a coughing like effect every once and a while. My boost gauge drops down to 0 and then jumps back up. It will do it like 5 or so times really quick. Could this just be tuning?

Well Im Not The Best To Ask Or Give Info But From My Past Exp With Problems Like That Its Usually A Boost Leak, Bad Spark Plug/plugs Or Incorrect Gap, Tps Bad Or Going Bad, Boost Cut, Or Cloged Fuel Filter. Again Im Not The Best To Ask Or Give Info. But These Are The Things I Check When Encountering Problems With My Car. Hope I Was Some Help
