So of course I can't get my jpipe to fit due to the radiator fan, which fan is this one that was on the passenger side? I've removed this fan and only have the driver side one in as it gives me plenty of clearance. Also my car doesn't have ac either.

The passenger side fan is the one for cooling the car. The driver side fan is the secondary/ a/c fan. I personally removed both my factory fans and replaced them with slim fans for this reason.

The factory fans provide the most airflow and are typically better than the slim fans. Figured I’d mention this or someone will skim read and make a big deal about slim fans being junk and that the factory fans being better.

So I've taken out the main fan and I'm going to keep the ac as the main for now, should I just connect the female connector that would connect to the main fan from the passenger side to the driver side and leave the other plug unplugged?

You could do that. You may want to actually switch the two fans out for one another as I know they are different. I personally run one slim fan using the passenger side plug. I will install a second one when I’m going to the dyno. However 95% of the time I’m just running one.

I’ve never experienced any overheating issues either.

Ultimately that's my plan, I just want to get my car running for now haha. Did you remove the relays then for the driver side fan?
